Ordering
When you place an order on DryFruitHub, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. The contract between you and DryFruitHub is formed when we send that confirmation.
- Ensure your shipping and billing details are accurate before placing the order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or pricing errors.

Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business day. Shipping times depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.
- Standard shipping: typically 3–6 business days (domestic).
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days where available.
- International shipping: 6–14 business days (customs may cause additional delay).
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 (or promotional thresholds we announce). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and address.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within the specified return window.
- Most non-perishable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, provided items are in original condition and packaging.
- Perishable items or specially prepared goods may have shorter return windows — check the product page for details.
- To start a return, email info@dryfruithub.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items and completing inspection.
- Shipping costs are refundable only when the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, UPI (where applicable), and other local payment methods shown at checkout.
- All prices are shown in USD (or the currency displayed on site) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
- Payment is taken at the time of purchase. For subscription or recurring orders, the payment method on file will be charged as per your subscription schedule.
- For wholesale accounts we may offer net terms on approval — contact wholesale@dryfruithub.com to apply.
Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. We collect and process personal data (name, email, shipping address, payment details) to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and for marketing where you consent.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- We may share limited information with delivery partners and payment processors strictly to fulfill your order.
- To review, update or request deletion of your data, contact privacy@dryfruithub.com. We comply with applicable data protection laws.
Allergens & Ingredients
Many of our products contain tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, or other common allergens. We label allergens clearly on product pages and packaging.
- If you have severe allergies, please read product labels carefully and contact us if you need more information about sourcing or cross-contamination risks.
- Although we take precautions, our facilities may handle multiple allergen types and cross-contact is possible.
Security
We use reputable, industry-standard payment processors to handle payments (no card details are stored on our servers). Our site uses HTTPS to protect data in transit.
- Always ensure you are on the official DryFruitHub domain when entering payment details.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, change your password immediately and contact support.
