Shipping Overview

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours on business days. Delivery times vary by location and chosen shipping method.

Delivery options & timings

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days (depending on destination).
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days where available.
  • International: 6–14 business days (customs and local carriers may apply additional delays).

Shipping fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after may be dispatched the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package. If you don't receive tracking info, contact us at info@dryfruithub.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, follow the simple steps below.

Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order for most non-perishable items. Perishable items (e.g. certain fresh packs) may have a shorter window β€” see product page for details.

How to request a return

  1. Contact our support team at info@dryfruithub.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions (and a prepaid label if eligible).
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back within the timeframe provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll issue a refund or ship an exchange as requested.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll prioritize a replacement or refund and cover return shipping when the fault is ours.

FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact support and we'll update the address. Once shipped, changes can't be made β€” you'll need to follow carrier options for rerouting.

My tracking shows delivered but I don't have the package β€” what should I do?

First check with neighbors or the building management. If still not found, contact us with the tracking number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

How do you handle perishable items?

Perishables are shipped with minimal transit time and insulated packaging where required. If you receive a perishable item in poor condition, report it within 24 hours for an immediate resolution.
