Shipping Information

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $12.99 (2-3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50
  • Subscription Boxes: Always free shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all 50 states within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time through our shipping partner. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on your location and shipping method.

Returns Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Products must not be damaged or tampered with

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Receive your return authorization number and instructions
  3. Securely package your items with the return form
  4. Ship the package using the provided return label
  5. Receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for defective or damaged products. For all other returns, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Additional Information

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

Subscription Returns

Subscription box items can be returned following the same policy. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel anytime without penalty.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after processing.
